Shipping policy
We use the Australia Post Postal Network to fulfil all orders on the Helios Headwear Australia Online store. This ensures a fast, trackable service to complement our fast order fulfilment service. We also choose ‘Safe Drop’ on all orders to allow a parcel to be left if a signature cannot be obtained. The decision to leave a parcel is at the discretion of Australia Post.
We offer both Regular and Express postal options on all orders. If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, the regular post service will be utilised for that order. We do also offer an ‘Express Post’ upgrade option for all orders that qualify for Free Shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: If choosing an Express Post option, this refers to the method of delivery service ONLY and does not imply priority or expedited processing by our warehouse.
Once an order is processed by our warehouse, delivery times are dependent on the Australia Post network.
We offer free regular post shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Regular Post

Express Post
• 1-4 Business Days
All timeframes are subject to the Australia Post delivery network.
WAREHOUSE OPERATING TIMES
Our warehouse operates on Monday to Friday, during standard business hours (8am to 4pm), except on national or Queensland Public holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these circumstances, we will take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
We aim to process orders within 2 business days after payment is received.
PLEASE NOTE: During sale/promotional/high volume periods (i.e EOFY, Black Friday, Xmas/New year) there may be a delay in our order processing times. During these periods we will aim to process all orders as soon as possible.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to maintain accurate stock counts for all products on our website, however, from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to complete your order in full.
In this instance, we will contact you within 48 hours of receipt order to offer a solution for you (e.g exchange/credit/refund)
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, we will email a dispatch confirmation with your order tracking number. Please ensure your correct email address is provided on your order.
We recommend downloading the Australia Post App for the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information. With the App, you can get notifications, track your parcels journey, and even set delivery preferences. To download the app, Click Here
ORDER NOT DELIVERED:
If for some reason your order doesn’t arrive, please reach out to us via the following email mitch@heliosheadwear.com.au. Please provide your name, order number and contact details.
Often, if a parcel is unable to be delivered, Australia Post will take the parcel to your nearest Post Office location for collection.
If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to an address issue, or not being collected from a post office, we are happy to resend it for you, however, there will be a $10 redelivery fee payable prior to us resending your order.
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been returned to us, there will be a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
